Shipping & Delivery

1. Nothing is shipped

CertifyAIx is an online service. We sell no physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

2. Instant online access

When you buy Pro, it is activated on the account you are signed in with as soon as the payment is confirmed — normally within a few seconds. Every Pro paper, mock exam and explanation is then available in your browser at CertifyAIx, for the period shown at checkout.

3. If access does not appear

Sign out and back in, or reload the page. If Pro is still not active a few minutes after a successful payment, email support@certifyaix.com with your account email and the date and amount of the payment; we fix it within 3 business days or refund you in full, as set out in our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
